Curious case here. This MOC is not based on an actual building but on a project of one designed by OPA (Open Platform for Architecture).

The project is for a building in Rhodes (Greece), hanging on a cliff and with views towards the Aegean Sea.

A bigger version is being built on a mountain at Beirut at a height of 1.600 meters.

I wanted to make this MOC on an Architecture-line style. At the end it is a little bigger that I had intended, but it was the bare minimum to get the details.
